What’s included in each issue?
Each month, your loved one will receive a beautifully printed, 60-page magazine filled with vintage stories, historical highlights, crosswords and wordsearch puzzles, light-hearted jokes, touching poems, and short reflections. To make each delivery even more special, we also include a traditional sweet treat such as Scottish tablet or handmade fudge, carefully packaged and sure to bring a smile.
Can I send this to someone in a care home?
Absolutely! Around 50% of our subscribers live in care homes across the UK. Just enter their name and delivery address at checkout — we'll make sure every issue arrives safely.
How much does it cost?
We offer a monthly subscription £11.99/month. You'll also get 50% off the first issue when subscribing!
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes — you’re in full control. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime after the first issue is delivered. No commitments, no hassle.
When will the first issue arrive?
Your first issue will be printed and dispatched within 5–7 working days. After that, new issues are sent at the same time each month.
What kind of sweet treats are included?
We include classic handmade Scottish treats like tablet, fudge, or brownies — packaged with care. Allergens are listed on each treat’s label.
Is the magazine suitable for people with memory loss or dementia?
